The community will be having all streets applied with a Seal Coat on Thursday, May 1st at 7am, followed by re-striping of all parking stalls/spaces. ALL vehicles parked in any parking stalls/ spaces (like in-front of the Clubhouse) will be towed at that time, as those spaces will be getting re-striped including the spaces at the end of 2200W and 2150W. Best to move all vehicles after 6pm on Tuesday, April 29th to the parking lot of the Revere Urgent Care and Suncrest Dental Offices back lot (see map below blue areas) Some can park on Main Street. The streets and driveways in the Lehi Gateway Community on Wednesday, April 30th will have ALL traffic blocked for 24 hrs, until 7am on Thursday, May 1st. Do not drive or walk on the asphalt. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed.

The 2025 Pool Season will open Memorial Day weekend. Friday May 23rd will be the first day.
Winter is coming, and parking on the street within the Lehi Gateway Community from Nov. 1 to April 30, will get your vehicle towed. We are severely impacted in parking, and ask that you use your garages and driveways as much as possible. Please use Main Street parking if there are no more spaces on the interior parking spaces. Please do not park in a handicapped parking space, as you will be towed and a fine is added for parking in a handicapped space without a placard or license plate showing authorization.
