As of January 1, 2023 Lehi Gateway Condominium owners association will be implementing requireing a change of occupancy fee ($500).
This fee applies to both owner-occupied units and rental units. All owners who rent their condo unit must complete the Condo Lease Registration form on the Lehigatewayhoa.com website, within 30 days of a change of occupancy. Failure to complete this form will result in a fine of $250 per month and a lien on your property.
Note: Owner-occupied units pay the change of occupancy fee as part of their closing costs in their reinvestment fee when purchasing their condo.
